it's horrible and disturbing, but there are people out there willing to kill dozens of human beings because some crazy nobody 8000km away in Florida burned a book. So whatever his reasons (as inadequate as they ALL are), I can't say I'm totally surprised it happened. For all our incredible capacities, humans can reach staggering depths of irrational depravity.
