Frickin HUGE!

But nice pics. I love the main tank. The seahorse - is it covered in algea?

Equipment setup looks pretty impressive.

I want that anemone (http://aquahome.no-ip.com/2.jpg) hopefully i can find one when i get the cash. Or a blue one

Canadian Man 01-05-2004 12:14 AM

Nice Pics! Thanks Walter!

You should have taken the pics of the fuge after I did my water change and sucked out 5 bucket's of SNOT algae

The seahorse is not covered in algae it's just changed it's color to blend in and be sneaky  Apparently they do move slow enough that it's normal for them to get some algae growth on them.

I like the pic with my blue acro and the Blenney in the background in his usual hiding spot.

 I warned you they were big! I didn't want to loose any quality, that's why i hosted them rather than post them here.

Ya, i know, in my defence, it's my first digital camera. At least that's the excuse I'll use.

Wow excellent pics, makes the bill for cable worth it. Is that an H. erectus?, nice horse and pipefish regardless.

I was going to make some smart remark about the rarity of H. erectus until I realized that H. can also stand for Hippocampus.

Delphinus 01-05-2004 06:03 AM

Great pictures. Um ... yeah ... HUGE. LOL, no worries though.

Canadian Man 01-05-2004 06:45 AM

Yes that's a hippo-campus erect-us
My boxing day accusation.

BCOrchidGuy 01-05-2004 04:37 PM

who accused you of what???... man this conversation could go down hill quick.. lol

Nice Seahorse let's leave it at that, lol. What do you feed her, does she eat pods etc or does she go after frozen food. I tried to get some horses onto PE Mysis but I didn't have any luck with them.

  Yea I didn't do too well in english in school
I thought that was the wrong word.

Anyway she is constantly hunting for pods in the refugium. Not accepting mysis yet but were working on it. Lot's of bugs for her to eat in the fuge though.

I have a pipefish and the seahorse now in the 75g fuge and their best buds

HEy Jonathan,

Is that the seahorse you aquired from me at Big Als' on Boxing day? He looks great. All the best in the new year.
