What the heck is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I was re-doing the rock in my tank I reach into one of my overflows for what reason I dont know and found this. I have no idea what it is and if it is a good thing but there was a bunch of pods in it so I tried to shake out as many as possible into the tanks and put it back in the OF but I still would like to know what the heck it is.

You should keep it if you have emerald crabs as they eat that stuff I think?
|
Don't you have tangs? They'll probably eat that up in 30 seconds.

you could also try baking it and then sprinkling some sea salt it. Tasty. Or give it to your tangs.

I sometimes treat myself to a flake of nori whenever I feed it to my tanks. This can't be much different right???
|
why pay for shrimp just leave the pods in it and dip in wasabi and soy....sushi is awsome
|
Now this is going to a side of eeewwww that I never seen coming.
|
My yellow gobbles that stuff up.
I did not realize it would. It cleaned up a zoa colony I had with a "bit of a red bubble issue".... along with any other algae I put in there. |
My tangs nibble at this stuff and keep it under control, though if they don't eat it, get rid of it, it's a pain in the ars.
