Must be M80 spec.

If it's a dual 250w I'll also take it for the right price. Anyone have one of these dinosaurs kicking around?

My cube tank is running M80 but Hamilton, ie. not PFO or Bluewave. That said I'm not sure how soon I can commit to shutting it down and I'm guessing you'd like something before the next millenium. So uh, I guess this isn't a very helpful post. Sorry.

Tony if nothing materializes and I'm still looking when that time comes I'll certainly buy it off you. Far as I know the hamiltons are also very good ballasts and the guts are the same (Advance M80).

While I did find what I was looking for at a horticulture store in the USA for way more money than I want to disclose I thought I'd share this link here for others to see. Too late for me but here are M80 ballasts for a good price. Shucks.

Nope, that would be hijacking...wouldn't do that. So what DID you spend on the ballasts? Then I'll tell you what I would have sold them to you for :)

So it turned out that the horticulture place refunded me.

"We actually don't have any. Those were discontinued." <-- no kidding?

Brad's ballasts all turned out to be regular magnetics and John's ballast is really a 400w.

So my search continues folks. Someone answer a prayer! My bulb and reflector are ready to go!
