I have decided to get out of the industry and partnership with Oceanic Corals, I have chosen to be bought out by the remaining owners and I will be focusing on my family and my other full time job! OC has been great and I have enjoyed it very much but having a 1 year old daughter at home and other responsibilities I just cannot find enough time to give 100% at the moment.

Oceanic Corals has a very bright future as an LFS and I will continue to stay in touch with Paul and the store. Any outstanding questions on orders can be directed to Paul at the shop.

Having said all this I do have some surplus inventory over and above what OC has in stock that I would like to move.

I very much appreciate everyone's support. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent building the business but family is paramount. I found that between a full time job, evenings spent on the computer, and Sundays at the shop I was hardly seeing my own daughter (Just started saying "Dadda") and wife.

I will still be around and have a few surprises in store for the near future.

Right decision man. If it came down to having to choose between family & the fish, it would also be a no-brainer. Fortunately I don't have to make that choice right now.

Enjoy these fleeting months/years with your baby girl. I know I would be kicking myself if I had missed experiencing first hand Felicia's first 27 months. Now that your daughter is just starting to talk, the fun really begins. Far better to spend any spare time & energy & resources doing stuff with her and seeing her grow into the awesome person she is meant to be.
