sad day for this cat :(
im sure nobody wants to hear this but with no family or friends in this city this is where i can let out a bit:)
today me and my better half broke up she and her family moved her stuff out and i dont think we will be getting back together.weve been fighting over the last few months and i guess she had it and decided to leave. i know its my fault and not hers so im not placing blame , the phrase you dont know what you have untill its gone keeps coming to mind and somehow my mind was clouded for a long time , not even sure how it got to be this bad that she would want to leave i guess communication was lacking or im just blind to the signs:(:(:( sorry if this doesnt belong here they can delete if if they like:( thanks |
Totally been there before man. It doesn't help when we're fiddle faddlin' with our tanks 24-7 either. Best of luck.
|
Sorry to hear that :(
Sometimes it does take losing someone to put things in perspective. Balance is the key. ;) |
So sorry to hear.
|
thanks guys i def agree with you all, i find the hardest part today is sitting in my empty house looking around at all the stuff gone, hard to believe it happened. not gonna lie she didnt approve of the tanks and it was def a contributing factor to our fights. how does one even start to start over we own everything together bills, animals, house, random junk. i moved here without any family ive since lost contact with my good friends because she was all i needed and i thought it would last forever:) man what a life changer:(:(
thanks guys for all the kind words:) it really cheered me up and got me to stop wandering the house like a zombie for a bit:):) |
You're describing my situation 10 years ago to a T it's sorta scary. Amazing what time and a few failed fish tanks can do to make you forget. My problem was refusing to let go when clearly I should have. I'm terrible with advice but hopefully you can work it out one way or another.

Sorry to hear that buddy, we are all here for you....sometimes it is easier to confide in strangers than family... On a personal note, I have been where you are at right now with an ex of mine, it was hard to imagine how life could ever go on without that routine.....But let me tell you, looking back on it now, it did happen for a reason....During that time, I learned alot about myself, and now alot better off for it. I have since found the woman of my dreams, and have 3 wonderful kids...I hope things work out for you, and let me know if there is any way I can help you.

Maybe talk to Ryan (Muck). He's local and I've heard he does a lot of exotic dancing for these sorts of things. Not sure what he charges tho.

it def wasnt mutual which is why im having such a hard time with it it came as a surprise but not really if you know what i mean?? i just started a new job recently thats got me working during the evenings and mornings and to give you a idea of how dumb i am i got home last night and never even noticed her stuff was packed i cant believe i missed that ,i even left for work and didnt notice this morning, then she laid it all on me as i was going out the door:(
thanks laurie and we def are friends you too dawn and im gonna start being better to friends and try to take a different approach to things now:) watta ya know i did learn something today:) |
My wife was not very happy until i got myself a controller which helps me staying away from tank for a bit.
I am sorry to hear but things happen for a reason so hopefully you will feel better soon |
Was in the same spot some 5 years ago. It will take time but you will come to realize that it only gets better day by day. You said you fighting etc. ,I'm sure you weren't happy either even if you can't accept or see it right now. Take time to reflect about your relationship, but don't lay blame on either side just reflect, accept and move on.... A better life is in store for you, I know it's hard to see right now but it will come.... promise.
Peace out. |
There's usually beer in my fridge...

WHOW dude sorry to hear about this but I would just like to say that at least it happened before there was a wedding and kids involved. I have been there, I was working at a diamond mine 300 kms north of Yellowknife. Had a bad feeling that something was VERY WRONG at home so I requested to fly out on the next cargo plane out. After a 2 1/2hr flight and a $200 cab ride from Edmonton to Red Deer opened the door to my house only to find it COMPLETELY EMPTY. Wife gone, kids gone and bank account empty as well.
It look like you have many friends here from all over so CHIN UP, think positive and things WILL get better, it always does if you work it. |
thanks grizz and i have to agree at least there are no kids involved or divorce in the future .we were civilized and i even helped her pack her stuff with her family and loaded it ... and i did it with a smile as much as it killed me
