T-shirt designs - have your say
 

So I'm looking for a little feedback before I do my next shirt order. I've got two designs on the back-burner here. One I like and the other I don't. I did when I made it but that's another story (and my problem!).

I want feedback on the actual designs and then an idea of whether people prefer more artsy textured designs or the cartoony stuff I've already made. So...

First is FISH related but not necessarily reef related. It's more abstract with some koi in there. I dig this design and made a poll where you can vote for your preferred design: on ash or on dark gray. You can ignore the poll and just tell me it's total crap in the thread as well if you like lol.

Second design is a starfish on the beach...moonlight yada yada. Tony and my wife like it so maybe that's enough for some of you. Here's your chance to save it because I'm ready to scrap it. Please post here or give your opinion in the poll.

Maybe my poll isn't too well thought out but I can't change it. You can select more than one option. I am sorta implying with the koi options that I AM printing that design one way or another.

Can't say I like it. I also prefer the "cartoonie" ones.

Can't say I like either...sorry but just being honest.

I too think you should just go novelty and for the inner fish geekdom.

How about my favorite avatar. "don't drink the water, fish have SEX in it!"

Or how about a picture of some amazing expensive coral and a price tag hanging of it that says $20. Then on top of the shirt it can say "if my wife is reading this...."

How about "Hitler has red bugs" and then you can have some frags on the other side with titles form the video such as "The Master Race Tort" and "Hitlers Purple Monster"

I would but the Hitler shirts cause I collect third Reich items and am quite fond of 2nd world war Germany.:mrgreen:

Koi on the darker shirt. Throw the rest out and make a chaetoballs shirt.

Plan is to print the koi on both.

Starfish design I'm ditching. Exploring other options for a second tee but it will be in the same style as the first two.

Starfish one is cool - but maybe a bit 'open' through the middle? or top not bold enough? to grab people's attention?

Koi one is sweet. I think the 'on ash' one shows the upper two koi a bit better?

I like the ideas for 'Dont drink the water, fish have sex in it', and the cheatoballs one, hahaha.

I like the funny shirts / cartoony more too!!! :biggrin:

I'm sure Koi lovers will adore that Koi shirt, its pretty cool. I am def more partial to anything marine-ish though of course!
