I'm really proud to announce the launch of my new website which sells reef-themed t-shirts.

I'm starting out nano-sized here so initially I only have two designs to offer and a limited stock of each (arriving in a week). If anyone has any questions or you wanna see me model these things in private please shoot me an email.

I'd add one of those signature disclaimers saying that nothing I say on here reflects upon Fishbrains.net but that's not true. Please take these shirts as seriously as you take me =)

i agree its a great idea and the t's look great. even if you had t's with a school of tangs or an anemone with a beware of clown sign lol. but im sure you will have better ideas i will be watching your store grow may have to order the make a window but on a green tshirt:)

Yeah that design originally was on green to look more like algae being wiped. The design itself popped so much better on white and in the end I couldn't help myself!

I'm sitting at my computer and admittedly looking quite dapper in my new Pre-shrunk 100% cotton Tee from Fishbrains.net As soon as GQ gets word of this I'm expecting they'll want me to do a full spread for the next issue. :mrgreen:



These are very nice Tees people. Double stitched hems and fit like a tee should.

I cracked up laughing when I saw the designs. This is awesome by the way!

If I can get the shirt thing to work I'd def consider hats tho I'm not sure my illustrations can transfer over in quite the same way?

How about sweatshirts at one point or maybe next year. T shirts are pretty universal but I think the make a window design would look great on something warmer too :lol: .

Oh yeah it would be cool to start an illustration pitch thread. My idea would be a coral saying "The horror......" in a shady area of a frag tank apocolypse now style with a circular saw buzzing in the background.

To be honest if I wasn't such a control freak I probably *would* have such a thread! Anyone can still suggest something though.

As for the whole new shirts (nevermind new sweatshirts...) we'll see next year but this hasn't really made me any money lol. Quite the contrary but it has been fun. Shirts have been nice to trade for frags and friends. I have at least 3 new friends now thanks to these shirts.

i was thinking shirts a few days ago thought of a clownfish all 70's hippy looking with wording "reefer for life" maybe a bumper sticker would work with a sps coral off to the side looking all suspicios and all

ps. sorry its not starting out well sometimes things take time to start out maybe a few venders would take a few and sell for you

Oh I'm not discouraged trust me. It's just like another hobby. I know I'll want a few more shirts to wear myself so I'll have new ones someday =)
