doesnt matter what kind of rock it is or how much you have, il take anything!
please! someone out there? i know lots of you have exess rock just kickin around :biggrin:

i have live sand if your interested, about 1/2 bucket full (salt bucket)??

If you're running your sump with the set up you can use lava rock in the sump just use a piece of liverock to seed it. Lava rock can be found for really cheap, I just took a whole bunch from the front of a store.....For Free

Anyhow make sure you boil the rock first for awhile just incase there is crap on the lava rock.

hey thats a great idea! thanks alot! il have to give that a try but i do need some sand and rocks (free or real cheap) for in my display tank. im planning on doing a pred tank with some lionfish and snowflake if anyone could help it would be greatly apreciated

I have a perfect solution for you.

$5 bucks a pound lots of variety with corals on it. Take all 200 + lbs with corals for 800. No taxes. you wont find a better deal. If you are looking for free things you probably should reconsider a salt water aquarium. It all costs money.

i think he wants to try it first on cheap way.before spending a fortune..in a way he helped me to get rid of stuff i don't need because it's not worth selling.. just my thoughts...
