45 Gallon Rimless Reef
 

Just moved a couple weeks ago and decided to make some changes to my tank in the process.

I pulled of my DIY canopy, cut the trim off my custom 45 and polished the edges with a belt sander. A couple equipment upgrades as well. Bread and butter livestock for the most part.

sick tank, what bulbs are you running on your powermodule ?

Wicked! Love the simple overflow which gives such a clean look. Is it noisy?

Bulbs are 5 ATI Blue Plus, 1 KZ Fiji Purple.

The overflow isn't noisy. I like the small size in the tank, but I don't like the external plumbing. It used to be against a wall so it didn't matter. Now that it's visible from all sides, I would prefer a corner overflow box.

I figured you had an inside scoop :) Any pics of the inside of the store and the livestock/tanks ,dry goods for those of us who are overseas. Have to convince (trick) the better half into going to Victoria.

ha ha! I was thinking the exact same thing! Her fave restaurant is Matisse by Johnson St bridge. Always a good way to tempt her to the Island :mrgreen:

Can you post some pictures on the plumbing and what are the diamentions of the tank. this is exactly what i want out of my next tank. awesome man
