Making an offer tonight on our Character home that we found today.
 

Well we found our home and going to put an offer on it tonight. everything that we wanted and the wood is so beautiful and tall baseboards, Hard wood, big windows and its alot cheaper then the one that we looked at early its hot water heat which is awesome nice and dry in the house, no more Humid air, over size garage:mrgreen: to built my new Cube Stand. :wink: Oh yes and a open Loft for a rec room.

Central VAC too.

Very nice house I love Character homes they have so much to offer like none standard size windows and some times odd sized rooms some time not all low ceilings in the basement. That just keeps the wife up stairs more so I get to enjoy the fish room more. I was just watching my 60 inch panoramic wide screen TV in HD of course. Things keep changing on it all the time.
