Burtonboy's 30 gallon reef
 

Hi everyone,
I started a 30 gallon reef tank October 19 2009 and i thought i would share some of my progress with everyone, Here are some pics from the start to now.
I'm in the proses of planing my 85 gallon reef so ill be making another thread soon and ill get it from the beginning. I hope to get a start on it sometime this week.

And what it looks like today but not going to stay this way for long i just got my MP20 in and im going to change the rock scape and glue all my frags to the rocks

Yeah gonna have to follow suit and get me some duncans one day...I really dig those. I like the 'plan a new tank while I get this one going' mentality. True addict!

Ya Im really liking them too ive had them over a year now. Ya your right im addicted. Its a very expensive addiction too... would of been cheaper to start smoking !!! :smokin:

Here is my new skimmer i got last week! I was using the tunze nano but thought i should upgrade considering that i want to have mostly sps with at least 4 fish. Thought a little more skimming wouldn't hurt anyone:amen:

Here is a coral that i got about a month ago and it was more blue then green does any one know why it turned green? Is there something to do to change it back?
And if someone know the name that would be great to. Thanks in advance!:mrgreen:

Well I think it was successful I fragged my Duncan a couple days ago and so far so good, hopefully they will grow fast:mrgreen:

I fed them mysis yesterday and they ate like crazy!

So when do i get a frag of the duncan's

I wont be selling them for a while, I like them to grow a bit first but when the time comes ill keep u in mind.

He everyone, does anyone know what this coral is? It has green, purple, a little bit of blue, and some yellow tips:biggrin:
