Calgary Frag Meet Sat Jan 9th 2010
 

Okay it's now official calgary!
We'll kick off the new 2010 reefing year with a Frag Meet at my place on Sat Jan 9th.
Please post in this thread if are planning to attend.

Is this going to be more of an afternoon thing? Im going to a concert that night. Would love to come but cant commit to anything past 730ish.

I'm working that night, so I'd have to leave before 6. Not sure when it would start.

I would like to come, but I work double that day unless I can somehow get out.. what time will this be happening?

Hey Greg how about starting a little earlier and doing a store tour, hitting some of the LFS like RC, Gold's, Riverside and any other place's that are in Calgary that everyone knows about. Just a thought.

We could organise one ourselves and end up at Gregs place at 4:30 5pm

Sound's good to me. Leave a little more time between shop for travel them the one in Edmonton. Do you know what the good shop's in Calgary are. I have been to Red Coral but not Gold's or Riverside. I was on Riverside's web site and seen that they are moving to Mardian Road but don't know when. And then there are the usual's Big Al's & Picies. Maybe we could talk to the people at the shop's to see if they will offer any discount's

Personally when we drive up we go to Golds, Ocean City, Red Coral, and Big Al's. Usually by that time it eats up a good chunk of our day and our cash. Especially at RC.

Might as well come for this... I got a few frags to pick up anyways, probably be a perfect time.. (unless I can make it before that!) :mrgreen:

anyone got any stylos or pocliopora that they want to trade up ?

i am looking for any colors, even brown :razz:

Hey guys. Long time no see to a few of you. Busy life lately! All settled in to my cube. It's going to be a long time before I switch tanks again...wow what a lot of work. Anyways maybe I should swing down to see some faces I haven't seen since the spring. I'll post some pics and lemme know if anyone wants something. I am pretty open to fragging just about anything in my tank as most of it HAS been fragged in the past. sorry for poor picture quality, my blackberry is the only picture taker I got atm.

I am planning to come ... hopefully with some softies.

i have some neon green stags, that we be avabile for the frag meet. big pieces are $20 and $10 for the smaller one or trades for pocci or stylos.

I can bring some softies. What are you looking for? I have some Xenia, pink and blue Anthelia, Kenya trees, blue cloves. Maybe some zoas and mushrooms too.

Damn those are nice John.......hum...... they might not make it to the frag meet, well maybe just one might not make it there,lol.
