Reefers Meeting Nov 8th / THANKS TO All WHO CAME
 

Yeah I know...too early to talk about it.

I need a list of people willing :mrgreen: to show their tanks on an upcoming Tank Tour which will happen in January or whenever Neil is avaliable. We tried last time and it was too short of a notice. A store tour might be in the works before Xmas...nothing like getting a clam in your stocking on the xmas tree:twised:

Otherwise there will be weekly reminders on the meeting for Nov at the usual place:

Nov 8 works for me.

IF my tank is up and running by January and people would be interested in seeing it I would be open to showing my tank. It will be fairly young at that point however.

I'd be willing to show my tank only IF I get a ride in the Limo to my house :). Keep in mind my tank is not mature at all and is mostly frags that are growing at a decent rate. Wayne promised me some frags when your tank recovered also...hint hint, nudge nudge....

Is it to late to get in on the tour? What time does it normally run from and end at? I would invite everyone to come and see my tank but I live in Fort McMurray but will be in town the weekend of Nov. 8th and would love to tag along if no one minds.

Tank tours are going to be in the new year. Store tours in Dec(maybe). Regular meeting in Nov.

Hi I'm really new to the hobby actually still technically not in the hobby but will be in December as I'm getting a Red sea Max 130.

I'd like to come along to the meeting in November but obviously do not know where the usual place is ?

can you let me know if I can come along

We'd love for you to come out, new people are always welcome and most of us are expirenced in the hobby so feel free to ask questions while you are there.

We have a lunch/social meetings at:

Well unfortunately Steve and I both caught a cold (just a regular cold not H1N1) but we still don't feel well enough to come out today :sad: Guess I'll see everyone at the next meet.

I HOPE NOT.:cry:... Trust me, I have never had a Flu like this in my life and don't wish it on anyone. Took me almost a week to even stop tasting my meals multiple times.

Mine's just a regular annoying cold. Stuffed up nose slight fever lack of energy, that sort of thing. Slight loss of appetite but still able to eat, just not as much as normal. For the most part my cold medicine is able to keep feeling ok, I'm just finding I get tired a lot faster and don't have a lot of energy to do much of anything.
