Here is a tank that would make anybody green with envy. Someday it will go for auction....This is 72 feet long. Each cell is 2m x 1m x 1m (= 500 US Gal). This unit is contiguous. Your 5in tang would have to make a day trip to cross it. I saw it filled last day to check for leaks and dumped. I believe it each cell can be separated. Imagine the water change in this thing.

thats pretty sick, is it for an insitution ? or public aquarium ?

At 6000 gal and a 10% water change you would have to put 4 pails of salt per week. If your using zeo or ultra pretty much 1/2 a case per day. Lighting 3 x 400 watt x 12 sections or 16 T5 x 12 sections. You also have to circ it 8 x the volume = 48000gal/hr. Just think if you pulsed a wave from one end to the other the size of wave you can generate. Oh you probably have to reinforce the basement floor with rebar. Thnik of all the canreefers you have to call to haul it into the basement.

think about how much trouble i would be in if i came home with that. :razz:
