Titus is the head honcho. Most of his staff has been decided on by him and the other staff members, with his decision being the final one. Most of the staff was selected on experience, time on Canreef, and contributions they have made to the board.

Thats does not mean its the only prerequisite for staff members. Without answering for the boss, I do believe we are "staffed" out at the present time.

IMO members should have to earn the right to be staff members on here. Experience in the hobby, what they give to the board and how long they have been here. After all you are representing not only yourself but Titus as well when moderating this forum. Things like proper spelling and grammar should also be taken into consideration.

You have been on here for 3 months with 47 posts, None of which actually have any information regarding the actual thread. Most of them are in for sale adds and in your Neo Nano thread..Maybe you should spend more time on here before they make you a staff member.
