Almost looks like a juvi. orange shoulder tang. Great looking fish!
Good idea on the theme, I will grab my camera tonight!

I've been working a bit on this month's contest. So far, taking a decent photo of feeding time is very challenging. Any picture just looks like a bunch of fish....A video submission would be better...but capturing all that chaos in a still photo is proving to be tricky.

Not my entry..Still working on it. This is the 10 seconds BEFORE feeding....

Untamed, I think that is a beautiful shot capturing the intensity of the moment waiting for their supper! So many beautiful fish in one shot!

Is this directed at me? Those are feeding pictures, you can see the mysis shrimp. I also think people should feel free to ask questions about pictures if they want to.

Jason McK 06-12-2009 07:46 PM

I'm sure Christy's comments where directed to posts that where off topic or detracted from the thread. Not your Post.

No not at all, there were some other posts involving non-reef related photos that I deleted. I meant stick to the topic as in reef/this contest related stuff. Of course people can ask questions about the photos and we certainly encourage that.

Ahh, I missed that. Nothing wrong with a little comedy in life though!

Comedy is good but it was kind of taking over the thread. Its more suitable for the lounge, reefing is serious stuff

Well, being this is my first time entering, I'm sure mine will not be as nice as others, but what the heck. :) This picture was taken with my Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 Camera that I am still learning to play with. :)

This is the 'Flake Feeding Frenzy' before the Garlic Dipped Mysis Shrimp hit the tank. :)

This is my entry.
