Frag-a-Lot Lower Mainland Group Order - Now Closed!
 

Anybody interested in a Lower Mainland group order?

Received some PMs too so 4 are in so far. The only thing we need to figure out is who can receive the order. I could receive it but folks would have to come pick up frags in White Rock that day as my big tank isn't set up yet and I won't have room for any extra frags in the wee ones I have at the moment.

Looks like we have enough interest. I'll try to work out the details by tomorrow. As for Receipt, KPG007 may be able to receive them (depending on the date of shipment) and float them in his tank for the day but then he won't be available for pick up until after 5:00pm.

Otherwise, I can receive them but I won't be able to float them in a tank. They will have to stay bagged and boxed until pick up.

If anybody else has the ability to receive and float them let us know.

I'm up for a group order unless you guys have enough already.

Okay, I heard from Burc so we can go ahead. PM me or post your requests. Burc wants one single payment so you will have to pay me I guess and I'll send him payment for the whole order. Let's close this by Friday at noon? That way we can get our order to Burc before the end of the day Friday and try to arrange shipping for next week.

Do you want payment before you make the order or when we pick up the frags? Is the group order big enough to get the free shipping yet? I think I'm game for 2-4 of the $10 specials as long as I can find room for them :biggrin:.

We have more than enough frags for the free shipping I think so that should not be a problem. Burc will likely want payment before he ships the order :) I am trying to figure that out at the moment. I realized that if peoeple pay me by Paypal and then I pay Burc by Paypal I will be hit with Paypal fees on each payment sent to me and will end up short. I'm hoping we can each just pay Burc individually.

Is it too late to get in on this, I definately don't want to miss this.

We are taking orders until noon Friday so you will have until then to decide. Sooner is always better to ensure Burc holds the frags you want before they sell out.

Hi Folks,

Burc has agreed to take direct payments from each of us so that will simplify things on this end and avoid anybody having to cover any extra Paypal or interac fees.

So this is how it will work. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT YET. As soon as I have confirmation from Burc regarding availability of all the frags I will get you your totals and you can send him payment. He will need your user name and the order numbers.

Again, please wait to hear from me with your totals and I'll send exact payment instructions then.

Just over 2 hours to go :-) Get your orders in now if you haven't already. We're doing well though. Over 100 frags so far.

Payment will be made directly to Burc once we confirm your totals. He takes Paypal, email money transfer (email interac?), and credit cards. Full payment instructions will be sent with your totals.

Is it worth Splitting the Order Geographically
 

With such a large order will they be able to be floated until they are picked up? Also might it make sense to split the order into 2 geographically provided it works out? If there are enough people in the Burnaby, Vancouver, North Van area it might save a trip to Surrey. Just a thought not complaining.

Hi Guys (and Gals),

It looks like Burc has enough of all the frags. The only slight problem is that he says he may not have enough 3" frags of #36 so some may end up being 2". If that is a problem let me know and we can cancel those out of your orders (for those that ordered that one).

Anyhow, I'll send out totals and payment info tonight as soon as I have a chance.

I'm ok recieving a 2" piece of #36 if that's all he has.

No shipping date yet. I guess it depends on how quickly all the payments are made. I still have to finalize shipping details etc. The recipient(s) will partially depend on the shipping date.
