Thats awsome Claude

Fauna Marin Ultra lith has really taken off in North America now we are even seeing dedicated users of competitors products switching as they experience the ease of use of the product and also the level of direct support.

Please post any new photos when you get them :)

if you want to find out more on the fauna marin Zeo systems and how we help you get up and running with it, please get in contact with us.

Are there any stores in Calgary that carry the full ultralith system?

Rbacchiega 05-07-2009 10:15 PM

I think Red Coral had some of their stuff the last time I was there....don't quote me though

findingnemo1 05-07-2009 10:16 PM

I didn't see the ultralith system on the weekend, he tried to get me on zeo.

Thanks

Aqua-Digital 05-07-2009 10:24 PM

Red Corals are just getting up to speed with the system and do have stock unless they have sold out already :)

Ask to speak to Kevin.

findingnemo1 05-07-2009 10:31 PM

I did speak to him.
He has the other products just not ultralith.
I did see some of your products at other stores just not the system.

Aqua-Digital 05-07-2009 10:37 PM

He must of run out, Kevin will get it in for you.

You can also get it from aquarium illusions mail order from edmonton or ocean aqutics, or progressive reef, or ottawa inverts, or reef concept, or or or :) :)

Supply is no issue, just let me know if you need help sourcing ;)

findingnemo1 05-07-2009 10:57 PM

So is that system 2 years worth of growth because of ultralith, or was it like that somewhat and it has been on ultralith just for last two years?

Is there before pics to show the contrast?

Thanks

Aqua-Digital 05-07-2009 11:29 PM

Pretty much, this tank was a new system that has developed with Fauna.

But we can support anyone to get equal results if they follow our structured support.

Low nutrient systems do tend to stuggle withmuch old systems due to the high level of bad nutrients and dead areas that build up in time, this generally more applies to people with deep sand beds though.

if you want to email me at sales@aqua-digital.com with all details of your tank we can suggest dosing regimes and what would be required.

findingnemo1 05-08-2009 12:01 AM

I just wanted to see if there were before pics, if not for me at least its all hearsay.
Does anyone from canreef use this system with this structured formula and have pics of the same type of success?

Aqua-Digital 05-08-2009 12:11 AM

I understand where your coming from.

The is nothign hear say with fauna, have a look through the fauna marin review forum, I hope then you will see how compelling this system is baove others, there is no hype here, it works

http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=149

We have two live field trials going on right now, one is ahuge in length and it started out as a review on ultra clam and move swiftly onto ultra lith

The other is by Fencer

http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=45707

You will see in both how they get to grips with the system and then amazed at the results.

Mikes photos (sorry mate) dont do the system justice in the clam review at all :( he is working on getting someone to take proper photos, but his discription says it all for sure.

Fauna marin is developed by probably Europes leading aqua culture specialist and what Claude does not know about corals and ULNF is not worth knowing for sure, this is what makes fauna so different, they are not just bottle shifting manufacturers.

Hi Lisa;

We do carry the ultralith system and I am surprised you didn't see it as it is front and center on our dry goods display. Give me a call or come in to see me during the week . I will go over it again with Doug and Carmen if you want to pop in over the weekend.
Thanks
Kevin

Quick question for you guys, didn't you guys come out with a phosphate remover?

Fauna Marin 05-08-2009 05:34 AM

HI

I will ask my costumer if he can send me older pictures from his tank
he is contact me 2 years ago due to problems with his tank
running at this time 7 or 8 month.
We do a change to Ultralith System and that is now the result.

___________

We have 4 types of different Po4 remover in our range

How are your parameters and why you need to use an Po4 remover ?

Hiya

Yes Fauna have probably THE largest range of phosphate removers on the market. They are also probably THE most efficient especially the Ultra Power Phos.

It costs slightly more than others but you replace is 25% less than others and use far less also, so the cost actually works out cheaper.

Ultra powerphos WILL strip you tank of PO4!!

Skimmerking 05-08-2009 05:19 PM

yuppers the ultra lith has started to take off Red cynao gone after 3 days use of Lith rocks. the PO 4 has totaly been removed, the Nitrates are totally gone. alot of the corals are coloring up and are going to a brighter color. my growth rates on some of the corals are ungodly. like 2-3 mm in a month easy...
I still havent gone on the trace elements 1-4 yet either. Well Mike Im sitting down today with my camera and trying to figure out how to take pic'
