I only have the harness for two lamps.

is that the ARO model 4L ballast? if it is I can probably get a 4 bulb wiring harness that would work with it later.

I have no clue if it is a 4L ballast. lol. I bought it to run some tests for VHO's. Ran it for a week on my new tank till I rewired a few things and have taken it off now. :)

It very well may be the 4L. but I am not certain. I bought it with a two lamp harness. That is all I will say for sure. :D

I looked at the case and all it has is the coralife casing sticker on it for a 4x40W NO.(Coralife makes the same cases that Lampsnow uses for thier VHO's.
