WTB: Phoenix bulbs in Canada
 

I am looking to get a new bulb for my tank. I need a 150w Metal Halide bulb, and heard that Phoenix makes a great bulb with a nice blue color. Where can I order these bulbs online in Canada?

I bought mine from Wendall at Ocean Aquatics

J and L has them

Gold Aquarium in Calgary carries them, I just bought some 150 and 250Watt

JL does not carry 150w Phoenix bulbs. Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I will check those places out!

JL carries the aquaconnects, which are essentially more expensive versions of this bulb.

ebay?

My friend and I have been using Phoenix bulbs we bought off ebay for the pass year. Totals to ~20% cheaper than any LFS. Quality and built is exactly the same as one we bought from LFS. SPS are healthy and growing. Worth a try.

I have yet to see any on eBay. I have checked several times in the last few months. and all the dealers ship only to the US. Do you have the seller's eBay name?

They also ship USPS so you don't have to pay nasty processing charges that UPS & FedEx charge........ only $5.

They do not ship to Canada

Just tried checking out and the cheapest shipping option to Canada is $30.

E-mail them about USPS........... unless they took that option out.

sometimes you have to ASK a seller if they will ship to Canada, even if they don't say that they will, in these troubles economic times, most will, especially if you have a good ebay rep.

Once again it says they don't ship to Canada. Did you have to ask the seller?

They are the only ones locally that I know of that currently stock & sell the Phoenix bulbs.

yes he states in his discription that he will ship worldwide you have to email him to get final quote. i have ordered 3. costed me $20US to ship 3 bulbs. they were shipped on the 26th so i should be getting them soon.
