My 34g Red Sea Max Nano

Tank set up in late December and so far everything has gone well. Biggest complaint being a small outbreak of hydroids on the glass, which I understand will pass in time.

Wow pretty cool, love the blue finger thing

blue finger thing

That would be a starfish

^Yup, blue linckia star. It was just how it curled up because he was upended in the tank. Didn't take long for it to right itself and cruise off into a corner.

What is that 4th picture down with all the little things growing off it??

Thanks man. Yeah that little clown was a good find. Barely an inch in length and he’s doing well with the perc.

That picture is the money cowrie snail with the mantle completely extended.

Nice lookin tank.

The blue linckia starfish will not survive long term in any nano.

Yes it can, it just needs supplemental feedings.

Yes I've read and heard they aren't easy to keep. I'm confident about most endeavors I take on but will be the first to yank it out if it appears to be struggling.

Pan - Advice is always welcome, have you had experience with supplemental feedings for linckias? If so what do you use for food and do you just direct feed with a baster?
