calgary replacement order
 

any updates on this yet?

my puter was down a few days i would also like to know whats up with this.

no one seems to know who is receiving this order, and i have herd it's suppose to arrive on the 17th but no one knows where it is going.

Yup and its unfortunate considering i thought this whole 10 buck deal was a ploy to get some better reviews.

Don't be so hard on the guy. There are alot of people happy with the last shippment. He is trying to get everyones stuff replaced while he is sick. The Frags were great and they were $10!

Guys got more excuses than anyone. Car accident, sick, dental surgery just in the last couple months. Could be true but I'm starting to doubt it.

Burc is having a very touch time right now, because of a dental surgery. A friend of mine went to his place yesterday. And he told me that he is in bad shape.

he messaged me since the dentist about a week ago, the only problem is the zoo's it seems like he cut them and glued them right before shipping them, instead of giving them time to heal because almost everyone had the same problem with the frags

That's unfortunate. I hope he understands he's making customers mad all over Western Canada.

There's only a few unhappy people. There are a lot of people happy with him too. He is replacing any doa's.

I just want to say not everyone is unhappy.

yeah it seems that almost any other frag does fine, just for the zoo DOA replacements id like him to glue them and then leave them in his tank for a week or so so they can recover before being shipped out

so i am guessing this order is not coming tomorrow....

Just spoke yo Burc, he said its shipping out tomorrow. Should be here Wednesday. I'll lwt everyone know when I hear more.

where is it shipping to? I should have a styo in the replacement order he had said.

its going to be shipped to the Fedex warehouse. Ill pick it up there and we can arrange for pickups, this would work best if someone from Calgary was willing to be the pickup point.

Ill post more when I know.

Seem sort of odd to ship replacements to people who do not know that a shipment is coming. What if people are not there to receive it?

No list, but bags will have names on them. I will try to get a list before Wednesday. Otherwise, Ill just let everyone that is included know once the frags arrive.

I'd like to see the zoo's fully recovered too and healthy before shipping out, I wouldn't want to see the same thing happen.

I wonder if I should add both my zoo's to the list. The first one hardly made it two days, the other frag just lost its last head yesterday. SPS is all still doing great, its just the zoo frags that didn't pan out.

I would add them if I was you, with all the probs on this order we all know that something went wrong that was not your fault.

I would like some input if i am on this list or not, as i still havent heard back from burk. and most of my frags were zoas.

yes all five of mine did not make it and i doubt hes sending me replacements for all of them, id like to hear from him directly before this order is shipped

Is anyone willing to be the pick up point in Calgary? Otherwise you can either meet me at FedEx tomorrow or pick them up at my place in Carstairs any time after.

I think the one in the North is the main hub.

Just got confirmation that the package has shipped.

Spoke to FedEx, Package should be here tomorow morning. Anyone in Calgary want to help me out with this? Anyone want to meet in the morning to pick up their frags? Let me know how you want to do this.

I can meet you in the morning to pick up my frag, just tell me when and where. I'm out in Chestermere so I'll need about a half an hour notice if possible.

Triggerman, if you want to meet me at the fedex by the airport that would work best. I can tell you when I'm leaving Carstairs, should be about the same time from there.

My day is just kind of crappy with meetings tomorrow. I would love to offer to be the point of contact for the rest of the in town guys but I just won't be able to get home in the afternoon to allow for pick ups at my place :( I should be able to meet you up there to grab my frags but they will end up sitting on my desk for the rest of the day as is.
