Hey Calgarians! I'm happy to say I' coming over to the dark side after all these years. I have decided to start over in Calgary in the next 2 weeks! Hello to all the old Calgary reefers I met back in the days. Waving at ya!

I have to say though you guys have always had the nice exotic fish that I never get to see back in Edmonton and for way cheaper too. I've been shopping in Calgary for years. Also livestock all around is better too. I'm excited!


Where is everyone shopping these days? I've been out of the loop.

*Gold's Aquarium
*Big Al's Aquarium
*Riverfront Aquarium

Is there any other fish stores I've missed checking out?

I couldn't find Ocean City. Where the heck is it? Worth checking out?

ocean city is on 16th ave (highway 1) just west of peters drive in

Elite Aquatics is good Colby is always great to deal with

and Red coral in the far NW has some nice stuff

I'm almost exclusively Ocean City, they are nice and stock is always good.

Red Coral, Gold's and Ocean City is the way go to IMO.

Good to hear you are coming out. When you are sick of how Calgarians drive and the dog parks you can't do anything in, come on out to Bragg with your bully. You have an open invitation, and the place calms you right down.

Colby at Elite is the best!!! You need to meet George his giant longhorn cowfish. I love George. Golds is a place to behold since their fish are outstanding, they have never let me down. Red Coral has great service with a smile...

You thinking of getting your feet wet again? If you ever want the Foxface back you are more then welcome to her if we can catch her.

Red Coral and Ocean City are the only 2 places I shop...

Ocean City, Red Coral and Gold's are where I usually go.

These are the ones I go to as well, great shops.

Well now you have no excuse to not come down this way for a visit...

Best places to shop depend on what part of the city you are in.. or how far you want to drive :p
