I love the colours the corns come in but the ball's have a more laid-back personality.

Thanks! She's my "special" girl, I've had her about 8 years now and the last 3 she's had to be handfed, not the worlds greatest hunter that one ;) But she comes running when I shake the bag of crickets and waits for me to hand them to her! lol

I used to have all kinds of snakes from boas to cobras and vipers plus every type of lizard and over 2000 tarantulas from all over the world(was supplying collectors not just crazy lol) but had a daughter so all the venomous animals are gone and not enough time anymore so just have a couple boas and my two babies my gold barneck amythestine pythons

I have a lone patternless female leopard gecko, about 4 years old now

I have one Beardie, one leopard gecko and until recently a Veiled chameleon. I am also going to buy a Black and White Argentine Tegu once I am out of high school and find where to buy one. Reptiles are awesome pets.

So what, was the best /favorite critter(s) that you had? I'm thinking about a green tree python at some point once I have more experience.

Heh....my general rule is: if it lives in a tree it will probably bite you ;)

If you're thinking of it for your son a tree python wouldn't be my first choice as I've yet to meet one that won't bite you but maybe others have had better experiences?

I've got to admit they come in some amazing colours tho....

My favorites were the arboreal vipers (golden eyelash vipers, temple vipers, atheris etc...) plus my 14 foot gold barneck male. After that it's hard to say I've kept just about everything in the book but also love tortoises, chameleons and nice color morphs of bearded dragons and boas
