i am looking to meet reefers in mission. i am new to the hobby and would love to learn from you guys especially you niloc16
maybe oneday to have local meets thank you for your time

that would be cool, there isnt that many of us in mission. for us to see peoples tanks we have to turn it into a frickin day trip:biggrin:

you are right skylord i am not a driver though so i rarely make it out of my tiny town all though if we ever arrange a gathering of mission reefers i would enjoy seeing our neighbors as well otherwise there may only be like 3 of us:wink:

Yeah theres a few of us in the ridge. My self and my roomate are both nuts for reef tanks. we should arrange a dinner or lunch or something. I know that I have lots of frags available and i've definateley made my share of mistakes when i started up so we could probably arrange something.

I'm in Mission - no tank yet:sad: I've had a small freshwater tank forever and have been trying to learn as much as possible about reefs - want to get one setup as soon as I can. Would love to see some local tanks.

Im in ridge and have my first salt tank cycling (will be a reef tank) id like to meet up with some local guys sometime check out tanks

I live in mission and am new to reef tanks, i would love to view other tanks and get help and advise from other reefers.

I keep meaning to reply to this thread as well. I am also in Mission, a reef geek beer and burger meet at the springs would be a good place to start. I know every one is busy this time of year so maybe we should set it up for the new year? just a thought. I am still in the midst of my sump room build. I will be heading over to Aquatic Addictions to pic up the new sump later today

We have a 95 bowfront all glass corner, we have gone to all of the "big" names and have found Dan & Nikki to be the most honest. We would love to learn from people who know more than we do in Mission preferrably, give us a shout anytime, we will try to make ourselves available for us to come to you or you to come to us. Also we are interested in a reef tour if any others are interested. (Always willing to learn and always willing to help).

P.S. We need the reef tank because the 6 kids have taken over our TV.

How about Abbotsford? Or is that on the wrong side of the river? :wink:

This sunday is a little bit too short of notice for us (6 kids) but booking the room at the Springs for sunday brunch sounds like a great idea, all we need is a few days notice, the 1st of Feb looks good for us or anytime after that.
