Newest Addition: Sixline Wrasse. it rocks!!
last night i purchased a new addition for my tank, a small sixline wrasse (about 1-1.5"). so far it has dealt a solid blow to the brown flatworm population, not to mention it's one cute little bugger!

Both my clowns host in my xenia. I want a striped mushroom.

sixlines are awesome, pretty cool how they make themselves a little web to sleepin in at night, thought mine was dead the first time i saw that.
what tank is that? |
it's a 24 gallon aquapod. i really dig it!
i havent seen the wrasse make a web yet, i can never find him at night. i think it sleeps with the gramma in the rockwork. Cameron- if you're ever on the north shore i could probably hook you up with a striped mushroom. just noticed that one of them has just sprouted two new ones. |
My Sixline wrasse was a great little guy....until he decided to check out the world on the other side of the glass......
|
had that twice 2... :( they sure are jumpers
|
Im just waiting for a 4 line wrasse to come in now....see how he does.....my last one of them got eaten by an anemone.....
|
Very cute! I think my next resident will have to be a sixline :) Where did you get him in Van?
|
Puff, how long till you noticed a decrease in your flatworm population?

i woke up in the morning and was like, "whoa...wtf? where did all the flatworms go?" i thought i was just imagining things, but this morning i sat and watched it for a while. it kept picking at the rocks. upon closer inspection he was tearing flatworms off the rock!! Quote:
