I'm sure people understood why you couldn't help them, if not then they're the ones that need help.

langdon reefer 02-13-2008 01:34 AM

i hope you never have to do that again.

langdon reefer 02-13-2008 01:35 AM

i dont think what i did was regular pet store stuff i dont even know the ladys name i feel so bad for her to watch her 4 month puppy go throught with that

fishyfolks 02-13-2008 01:37 AM

I absolutely agree, if they are shopping in your pet store, they must have pets, and if thay have pets they had better damn understand why you were too busy to help them or they dont deserve to have their animals at all! Don't feel at all bad. You did everything you could!

langdon reefer 02-13-2008 01:39 AM

its just hard its a life a young one at that ill go talk to the vet tomorrow shut the store down for an hour or so and go talk (get the clinic open more then 3 times a week) a nice long HARD talk

Rumika 02-13-2008 02:02 AM

Soo sorry to hear what you had to go through, BUT you did the best that you could and you can not forget that!!!! Anyone should and would feel very grateful for what you did.

christyf5 02-13-2008 02:34 AM

Why didn't she call the vet??

SeaShell 02-13-2008 03:33 AM

Sounds like the vet clinic is only open 3 days a week... I assume it wasn't open when the little pug needed it. Awwwwww!!!!!

Well, Langdon Reefer, I say you deserve high praise for trying to help! I'm sorry it didn't work out for you.

christyf5 02-13-2008 03:34 AM

When my neighbour drove me out and we got lost in all the cul-de-sacs and weird turns, we saw a LOT of animals. It looked like every other house or so had a cat or dog. Not that we were looking at the animals so much as the houses, but there are a lot of animals out there.

Did you talk to the vet yet?

OMG i cant spell...lol

SeaShell 02-13-2008 08:49 PM

Were you able to discuss the open hours of the vet clinic? Did the vet show interest in expanding their hours or providing an emergency phone number?
