Best online place to buy everything but your fish?
 

You should get what i want from the title:biggrin:

JL Aquatics, Ocean Aquatics, WickedFrags to name a few. All are Canadian owned and operated too. Also, check out Blue World Aquariums on Calgary trail, they have a lot of higher end stuff as well.

I buy from J&L Aquatics.

Do they have prices that are better than most places or better items because i've been looking at marine depot but i don't know if it is canadian owned.

Marine Depot is in California, not Canada.

Ocean Aquatics is the best even though i am closer to J&L Wendel gets my 5 stars all the time and customer service is excellent

On the other hand a dealer from Abotsford promised me something back in July 2007 and i paid for it back then, still haven't got it, and i know i am not the only one.
He would not answer my Pm's and not returning e-mails either.

i also recomend ocean's aquatics in bc
ordered halide light bulbs- cheaper than found here in calgary by about $40 and free shipping on orders $100 right now and i recieved.. great service.

ordered monday arrived today...

Sounds mighty familiar to my story! Although I am calling regularly and still getting run around! Should start charging interest for the money owed and lack of product received.

I had the same experience,it went on for months, until I went to the store and demanded my money back.i have never returned.
I now spend my money at OA where they know what customer service is all about.
I would suggest everyone steer clear of this particular store. Let your wallet do your talking for you.

I'm having the same problem trying to get my skimmer, I wish I was close enough to go to the store.!

If you paid for the items with your credit card,your're protected under the card card agreement for items not delivered.All you need is your proof of purchase and the e-mails you sent to the dealer. Call your credit card company they will send you some form to fill up.You should get a charge back on your credit card
within 30 days depending on your credit card agreement.
