Just a mention...although Rob sometimes comes across as crazy (well, he is a bit :) ), he does have beautiful tanks and has been doing this long enough to be aware of a lot of the mistakes some of us haven't encountered yet.

digital-audiophile 11-28-2007 11:32 PM

Nice brain collection.

Johnny Reefer 11-28-2007 11:44 PM

Nice tank, Rob. Looks great.

The green SPS top/centre....is that a Turbinaria? I wondered where that went to.

Cheers,

Jason McK 11-28-2007 11:45 PM

Yes I am getting another tank. How big.The skys the limit.I have a 60 gal. that is getting stuffed from the overflow of the big tank.I will post a picture of a friends of mine tank.I told him no way he could fit any more in his tank,That was 20 coral ago.I bought the Angels at Ocean Aquatics .Very good quality fish.I am very lucky even though I have bought some coral in Van. one local pet store in Vic. is decided to go all out on reef stuff. They bring in as much coral as comes available to them. Thanks SP and OA

Nice looking tank Rob.

digital-audiophile 11-30-2007 02:07 PM

You know, the only thing your tank needs..... is a little garlic ;) :p

You had mentioned bannanas the other day, I actually took your advice and tried it, my tangs went crazy for them. Great advice! :)

Delphinus 11-30-2007 04:30 PM

I tried it too in the hopes I'd find a second food for my CBB (I really really worry when a fish's diet is so monochromatic .. mysis good or not, variety as to be a little better... plus, although it could be coincidence, all the fish I've ever cared for that did exclusively eat mysis (cardinals, dragonets, mandarins) all had much shorter lifespans than the fish who would eat a variety of stuff.) Anyhow, my fish still didn't really think much of the bananas. Chased it down, swallowed it, spat it out. Guess they either love it or they don't. Bummer.

Snappy 11-30-2007 05:21 PM

Very impressive. Looks great!!

Delphinus 11-30-2007 05:31 PM

Ok, I thought that coral caught my eye for a reason. It's awesome! What kind is it, do you know? Is it a kind of Platygyra? Looks a little different though..
