A local guy who spent 5 months making up the costume for a local radio contest. He won.

Wow those are fantastic!!

I was in downtown Calgary on the weekend and they were doing a massive pub crawl, a bunch of people were waiting to get into a club and two guys had Halo costumes on that looked like they had taken months to make. Pretty impressive.

You must of been on the RED MILE.

Those guy's are still out there celebrating the Flames trip to the Stanley Cup. They have not herd that the Hurricanes won.

Hehe I'm not sure where I was but they had the whole block cordoned off and there were buses for as far as the eye could see. They really take their pub crawls seriously there :razz:

Some of the costumes out on Saturday in Calgary were so original and hilarious, others not so much. To quote Mean Girls, halloween is just an excuse to dress up in your underware and put on animal ears!

Actually the Lightning won against the flames, hurricanes beat edmonton.
