Thanks everybody. Irene & I are very excited about the prospects of starting a new family and our parents are even more excited (if that's possible).  My parents have been wanting grandchildren for a long time so 2008 should be an extremely good year for them & us.

Now begins all the planning & buying & budgeting.

Bye, bye corals. Hello diapers & baby booties.

Not shutting down any of the tanks (of course) but I think the spending priorities will be changing drastically.

We also just signed our mortgage to buy our suite in the four-plex we live in so at least that part of our lives is now set. Fortunately, our parents helped us out financially so our mortgage is literally just $30 more per month than renting it used to cost us so at least we're not going to be house-poor as they say.

Again, thank you all for your kind words of congratulations & encouragement & we look forward to our new "frag"

Better get enough sleep now because you won't get much when they are little and waking up for feeding.

Then they become teenagers and you don't get much sleep when you are waiting for them to come home!

Congrats Anthony, to you and Irene! That's my daughters middle name btw.

Do you have names picked out yet?

Scavenger 09-26-2007 10:20 PM

Congratulations Anthony and Irene. Just don't mix up tank cleaning with diaper cleaning. Babies hate to have their glASS scraped clean. :)
