Yeah but the guy wants an "exquisite, upgraded to be the best" system...for $500, might pay $1500. I think that even buying used, thats asking a lot for not too much money.

this guy is pretty funny...so you want me to sell stuff at pennies on the dollar, set it up for ya and tell you how to do everything for 500.00 bucks??

He's proabably just someone who has never looked into a saltwater setup before and just has no idea....or he is trying to capitalize on someone who got into the hobby without realizing what it entailed and is desperate to get some of their money back and doesn't know. either way he isn't harming anyone.

I would sell it to him for dirt cheap just for the fact that it would ensure "my pride and my investment lived on".... who wouldn't do it with a hook like that one?

1 90g built out of 1/4in reinforced cardboard (same material for stand)
2 a bag of cooking salt
3 rock from the beach
4 some blow up rubber nemo's or the kind you find that live forever on ebay
5 uh ya that's about sums up the $500 my time for delivery and set up will be extra!
