Mega Pics with Underwater Camera
OK, so its my birthday today. Hurray. And finaddict, the wonderful wife she is, bought me a underwater camera case. Well, all I can say is that it let me take some incredible pics of my 120G reef tank all from underwater. So, here they are... Hope you like...

Its a Canon powershot SD700IS. I can't believe the difference the underwater case made, everything just immediately colored up that never showed the same colors when taken through the glass!
That camera has a digital macro feature that you can shoot at about 1 cm away for close ups and it focuses perfectly. |
AWESOME PICS. I love those macro shots.
|
awesome! i gotta get me one of those!

Wow!
I'm so putting that down on my wishlist! Those are great photos! |
Very good quality pictures.

Just Amazing

Neat :)
Been tempted on something like this for a while too. Details? I.e., looks like a Canon, but what model camera is it and where's a good place to look for a case like that? |
I think she said she got it at best buy. You'll see that they are NOT cheap. But wow the pictures. And its for taking pictures on our vacations while snorkeling and diving so it will definitely be worth it.

Those are absolutely amazing photos!

Those are great pictures!
I had looked at getting one of those waterproof enclosures thingy's for my camera before I went to SE Asia last year but the cost was way more than the camera (I have a Canon 20D so the enclosure is quite complicated). They are way more reasonable for the compact brands. I have seen them frequently on E-Bay. |
Happy Birthday!!
Those are incredible pictures Mike!! I really like the frogspawn.
