Yes he's is a bit hesitant to ship but sometimes it's good way to help non locals.I ship anything anywhere and have yet to have any trouble,but i don't mind doing at at all.

I am not lowering the price, at least not yet. The retail on this pendant is 500$ The pendant is in mint condition with not a whole lot of useage plus your getting a lot of FREEBIES . Probably close to 100$ worth of freebies here. Sorry
