My 180G
I have some recent pictures of my 180G. I have just started to fool around with my digital camera and as I learn more I will add more pictures.
|
The pictures don't do it justice. We all know it looks much better than that.
|
Man, I'm loving that cliff in the middle of the tank.
|
that tank looks amazing in the pics... can hardly imagine how cool it'd be in real life.
|
What's that large area of green stuff at the bottom right of the tank. It looks great :)
|
Thats GSP it grows like a weed in my tanks. It looks great flowing back and forth with the Tunze wavebox.

Wow !!
I am drooling. That's gorgeous - thanks for sharing. I just got more "stuff" today and am looking forward to watching it grow. Obsessive Blonde.

Tom,
When our 120g was previously set up as a softie tank, we had long tentacle, vivid green GSPs. They spread everywhere, but looked like fields of grass waving in the wind. Very peaceful to watch. Half the reefers in Edmonton have those GSPs, as I would frag them frequently. |

Where's your (globe) candycane, and one day............... my tank will thrive like yours.
|
I have taken my Candycane (approx 140 heads) and my Green Frogspawn (apprx 18" accross) and fragged them. They were taking up too much real estate in the tank. I continually harvest GSP as it is trying to take over both my 180G and my 125G.

Looks good Tom, your whole setup is fantastic.
Let's see some more pics. |
Hey Tom - your tank looks very nice - hopefully one day I will get to see it in person.
|
Look'n good Tom. I think your the envy of everyone who has every seen your entire set up.

I will post more pictures as soon as I can figure out how to show more than just 2 at a time. I went to post 4 or 5 more this morning however when i reviewed them prior to posting they were just postage stamp size, so i deleted them.
Ruth the next time your in town and have the time just give me a call. Tom R |
tom, you should use photobucket.com it is a free website to post pictures and makes life alot easier to post pictures on here
|
Yes, Tom if you create a photobucket.com account, then you can just click & add new pics into your photobucket album. Then you can:
type and that should do it. It took me a while before I could figure it out myself, with the help of some other members. Anthony BTW, these pics in NO way do the tank or his setups justice. |
seeing it live
if you have not seen Tom's set up in person, put in on your "must-see" list especially if you are looking for ideas to start out.
|
TOM IS THE MAN! Nice pics but they dont do your 180 near the juctice it deserves! The frags of candy cane, GSP, monti etc. are all doing great in my tank! All thanks to you!

Here are a few more pictures. I have taken the advise of niloc16 and set up an account with photobucket. Hope this works.
