Taking orders for inverts and Fish - J&L price match.

I am placing an order this week with my new supplier and just thought that I would see if there is anything in particular that people want.
I will price match J&L's pricing on fish.
LMK what you are looking for and I will let you know if I can get it or not.
thanks
Neal
As well, I don't have the capacity really to quarantine much...hopefully you are in a position to quarantine.
To compensate the fact that I am not quarantining, if there are any issues with the fish within a week, I will issue a full credit for the amount.
thanks for looking
Neal
BTW, it can't be anything that is CITES protected..ie seahorse.
I am pulling some permits this week as well, but the paperwork takes up to a month for them to process.

howdy20012002 01-23-2007 03:06 AM

so how does one go about that? greyhound from edmonton or something?

howdy20012002 01-23-2007 04:22 AM

no helfrichi availabe today
however, they get stuff in daily.
I would ship greyhound if it was during the week with a early departure from here.
that way, hopefully they can't screw it up..again

X-Treme 01-23-2007 04:27 AM

Neal........gotta get me and my g/f out to see your setup (how f#*kin big IS your house anyway) and maybe pick some stuff up. You "open" any evenings?

howdy20012002 01-23-2007 05:15 AM

it ain't big
that is the problem

also why I am looking at ripping it down and building a new one.
lol
I am available most weeknights..except wednesdays.and most fridays.
Sundays are probably the best bet
LMK
thanks
Neal

How's your supplier set for rabbit fish?

I've been considering the Siganus Doliatus, S. Lineatus, S. Puellus or S. Guttatus.

Delphinus 01-23-2007 04:37 PM

I'd like to know too if S. doliatus is available (please and thank you :) ), I've been waiting for one to come in somewhere for a long time.

Mark: Noticed the kind of rabbitfish you're looking for, two others you may want to consider are S. virgatus (similar to doliatus but with spots instead of stripes) and S. corallinus. Sorry if I just made your wishlist larger :p But these are nice fish very similar to those you listed. Note that most of these fish have a very large maximum size though (12" or larger).

howdy20012002 01-23-2007 04:39 PM

right now, I dont' see anything for rabbitfish
However, it changes constantly
I will ask about the next time I call

Yeah, never had one shipped that seemed healthy though, the one i lost a year ago was 3.5 years old but was bought at a store, survived 3 tank moves one over a 1000KM. I've received one from jl that arrived dead and one from a place in Ontario that came covered in ick and never made it out of QT

howdy20012002 01-24-2007 12:25 PM

I will find out today
if I can get one, do u want it?
50.00 bucks if I can get it
