Great pics Marc, looks like you have some new growth and a few new pieces since I was last over

Have you had any time to finish off the exterior, can't wait to see what kind of magic you do there!

Great Photos Marc!!
I think I have a frag of that second one. I'll see if I can find a picture of the mother colony as it was spectacular.

Beautiful Marc. Is that first encrusting montipora an insane Danae or another species, and where can I find it more importantly?

OCDP 07-31-2006 05:14 PM

Beautiful. I love that bubblegum acro .. lots of nice Monti in there as well.

Super sweet pieces you got there.

Lookin good Marc, love that wrasse

SuperFudge 08-01-2006 12:54 AM

Thanks all, :)

Colin, Its a Mystery Wrasse. I am unsure of the Latin Name.
This ones got some character i tell ya, he swims left to right in front of me WHILE he`s tilted vertically....i dont think its his reflection becuase if im sitting on the couch he doesnt do it.

Tony, yeah its actually all growin very (alarmingly) fast...but i still think it looks empty.
:S
Funny how that works, you get to start from scratch again, and cant wait until its all done.
Then your done and you wish you had a chance to do it again...i get caught up in it and forget the fun lies in just watching it grow.

Rich,
I did, Finally.... Came out pretty good i think, a little on the small side tho...just needed a week off to hammer at it.
I dont remember being upstairs since. ;)
Only problem is now my daughter and her friends own it, i was only allowed in to do the work.

Jason,
I believe its refered to as the incredible hulk monti, a morph of M.Monesteriata ?
Unfortunatly, im not sure where you could get it at this time....i havent been inclined to frag it just yet until it fits a little better in there :), and when i quit blowin the top off it of course. :)

Here`s a couple more.

Purple and yellow M.monesteriata

Sweet tank. I really think you have a beautiful tank.

KarlK 09-04-2006 05:08 AM

Gorgeous. What size tank is that?

support@proline 09-04-2006 06:26 AM

Awesome tank
I am going to invite myself over for a few cold ones soon:mrgreen:

SuperFudge 09-05-2006 01:29 AM

Thanks guys,

Karl, the tank is about 525 gallons, the sump about 370 gallons.

Rich, i think there mostly the same pieces...just a little bigger, with a little more color now.
I want to upgrade now to all dimmable VHO T-5`s, for a little more color, and so i can start dimming with the new controller.
(Bank Account says NO, Mastercard says YES) heh.

Jason, Anytime your up to it ! :D

Marc.

Delphinus 09-05-2006 04:52 AM

This tank just get better and better. Everytime I think I should scrap the SPS, I'm proved wrong. Truly an inspiration, I hope my next tank can be a fraction as nice as this and I'll be happy.

Kudos Marc, very well done.

Snappy 09-05-2006 06:13 AM

The tank is awesome. Makes me want to get a big tank too so I could do a decent aquascape. Yours is an inspiration. Thanks for sharing.
