Group Order
 

I was looking to order some cleanup crew and a fish or two in the near future and was wondering if anyone was interesting in getting a group order together.

I was looking at about $100 worth of clean up crew and a few fish. I am not entirely sure where from yet, I guess that depends on the availablity, but I am checking around. Maybe if we get a big enough order together we can get free shipping?? I was looking at getting this next week.

I could use some snails and a peppermint shrimp. So I'd only be in for a few things, probably 50$ at the very, very most.

I'm in if it is next week, ill be in for about 200 dollars.

Well, if you guys want to organize, I can do a pick up on July long during my road trip. Maybe we can get better pricing. I plan to hit up Ocean Aquatics and J&L while out there.

Leaving June 28th and coming back July 4th, of course I'd be going to the stores on the 4th. I'm buying LR so I want it to be out of the water for as short of a period as possible.

got a response from OA. Seems like they have a good assortment of cleaning critters in, and will be getting some fish in next week (possibly thursday) Depending on what is ordered shipping would be $55 + box charges (depending on how many boxes we end up needing)... still waiting to hear back from JL. Specifically, what type of snails etc. are people looking for? (he's out of ceriths)... this is what i'd be in for:

1. Turbo Snails x 20
2. Queen/Fighting Conch x 2-3
3. Tigertail cuke x 2
4. Scarlet/Blue leg x 12 or so (plus extra shells)
5. Blue Tuxedo Urchin x 1 (not available at this time)
6. Various cerith & nass. Snails (x 20 or so??) No cerith at this time, lots of nassarius

Fish:
1. Yellow Tang (small)
2. Bicolor Blenny (largeish)

I could be in if your ordering from OA - I'm awaiting there sps shipment, not sure when it's coming in.

2 queen/fighting conch
2- cleaner shrimp

Im heading to vancouver on wednesday next week and coming back sunday I might be able to pick some stuff up while im there, would have to be small stuff, ie not salt, since my car is rather small.

would you be able to fit a few (1-3) boxes of livegoods? Not sure how big the order would be.

got a response from JL... seems like they dont have much (atleast of the cleanup crew that i wanted) instock at the moment. I'd say OA looks better. Waiting to hear back on when there next shipment of this stuff would be in. Seems like OA for now... what does everyone think about that. I'd like to take up one of the offers on bringing back livestock, that seems the best way to me...

Sounds good to me. We could just give the transporter some extra cash.

ok, should we say we'll go with OA and if Tarisol is still willing to bring it back for us, then we'll kick in some extra gas money for him? Hopefully OA can get there next shipment in before then....I'll get a hold of him. Sean would you still be able to bring it back for us?

Im leaving on wednesday and coming back sunday, I probly wont be back till sunday evening since im doing the drive in one day so i can pick stuff up sunday morning or at 12 since thats when there open. If everyone could either pre pay, or if someone could do the math and get all the money together that would be great, also please make sure OA has the item you want in stock.

I will also be going to JL at sometime in my visit if anyone wants some dry goods i could probly accomadate a bit.

Ok, why dont we leave it up to the individuals to order their goods, pay for it, mention that you are with the Calgary order then tell you what they are getting.. does that work for everyone??

Yeah thats no problem, ill make sure i check the board while im there to know what im picking up.

got an email from Wendell, says he is getting about 80 sps colonies in and some softies... some snails etc, as well... So I will put my order in on Thursday after i hear about what he gets in. THen i'll post here.
