Group-Buy Reef-Roids
 

Hey guys
Anybody interested in a group buy of Reef-Roids? I first heard of it on this tread:

I've contacted the company and we can get the following discounted prices depending on how many units we will buy:
5-10 units = 18 dollars per unit
10-24 units = 16 dollars per unit
24+ units = 14 dollars per unit

So obviously if we can get 25 people into this buy, it would be pretty cheap.

Please post if you are interested and how many units. We can work out payment details later depending on the numbers.

I saw the supplier posting about free trial samples of reef-roids so you can track the thread down & try it out.

Opps i failed to use my counting skills previously. We only needed 24 units and we have 24. I will leave this open for another couple of days for any body else who may be interested. I will place the order for mid-week so Christy, yes I believe we can get it before that week.

Hello B.C. Reefers,

At the time that Chin emailed us about the group buy, we had not found a suitable retailer in BC to distribute our products.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to honour the group buy that I had offered Chin in his email.

The good news is that, we worked out a deal with James from Ocean Aquatics. He will be receiving a shipment of our Reef-roids product in the middle of this week. I believe James from OA, will give a discounted "introductory price" for those people who responded in this thread. But that will be up to his discretion. I hope all you reefers out west understand our decision =)

Sorry for the let down guys. But on the bright side James at OA says he will give a discount (as a one time deal) for the people who had originally posted for the group buy.

As much as I would like to be able to give your reef club a good deal, I have to respect my vendor in the area.

In the end, you guys don't actually loose anything. You still get a great product at a deliciously discounted price. Plus you get the added bonus of going to an LFS and perhaps pick up a coral or fish for your tank.

Sorry guys and gals for the let down - I tried. I do understand the decision made by Dave; business is business.
Hopefully OA will give some sort of discount on the product. Thats our next best option at this point.
I guess I really don't need to say it but this group buy is OFF (and I don't really think it has anything to do with you Jason :lol:)

I don't know about that Chin.

Maybe we should blame Jason anyhow and maybe he'll give us some of his nice corals because he feels so bad.

I know, I know...... it was worth a try. :0)
