WTB any left over sand
 

I want to add a little bit more sand to my tank, but I dont want to go out and buy a full bag.

Does any one have any sand they didnt use up?

I am mostly looking for sugar sized aragonite and only really in the Calgary area. I am not after live sand, but if you are pulling some out of your tank I would look into that also. Thanks.

PS I dont really need much.

I have a bucket of sand if ya want some, how much are you looking to get.

I'm looking for a little bit too, just an inch or so for my new ac500 fuge and a little razzle dazzle I am making into a pico tank.

Could you give a bit more detail :question: Is it new sand, or used :question: Is it sugar sizes Aragonite, or something else. :question:

If it is the right kind I would not mind picking it up if you live a reasonable distance from me. :biggrin:

The Sand is about 3 years old and was live sand until last weekend on sunday when i turn my tank off and cleaned it out. I maintained a Salt water Reef tank for the 3 years and have to take everything down for i will be moving a couple of times coming up real soon. I hope to start up in a year or two again. :biggrin:

The Sand is NOT fine white silica sand, it is granilar with crush shells and is dark cacki in color. If a photo is required i am sure i can provide one.

I purchased it from Golds Aquarium from Denis.
