Michika, I love the color on that colony, stunning.

christyf5 10-27-2005 03:38 AM

The first and third belong to Jamie Cross and the second and fourth belonged to Tony

OCDP 10-27-2005 03:40 AM

Belonged... so sad ! Such nice pieces

michika 10-27-2005 03:40 AM

OCDP, mine is my first colony; a certain local store told me that it would probably just turn a lighter shade of brown...

*scribbles down names* I know whats on my holiday wish-list!

Well I'm not sure if he still has them. Maybe?

OCDP 10-27-2005 03:46 AM

Last I heard a lot of Tony's SPS did not survive , something happened in his tank... I may be wrong.. but that's the last I heard. Heh, michika, good to see the colors are still very much there on that colony.

reeftec 10-27-2005 03:57 AM

deep6er 10-27-2005 06:53 AM

Hey Jesse, Here's one for you :) I'll arm wrestle you for it? Man I'm starting to really like this one.
http://members.shaw.ca/jcross2/102705_020_copy.jpg

Here's another piece I love that I was babysitting for Marc. We had to dremel it in half just to split it up. You can see the cut line deep in the picture.

An all time fav. Californi Blue Tortusua
http://members.shaw.ca/jcross2/102705_007_copy.jpg

One that is starting to grow again. I've had this piece for over 5 years. It's an original Soloman Island cultured Acropora.
http://members.shaw.ca/jcross2/102705_004_copy.jpg

I can't show them all so here's a bit of an updated top down.
http://members.shaw.ca/jcross2/102705_027_copy.jpg

Oh and for that one Christy posted. I lost that piece awhile back and if anyone has either that piece or something similiar please email me with a picture as it was a favorite too. Thanks

Doormatt 10-29-2005 06:04 PM

Newguy, what is the name of that beautiful fish in the second shot? I've seen a few of them in LFSes, but never with a name attached.

mr_alberta 10-29-2005 06:16 PM

That is a Juvenile Emporer Angel. When it grows into an adult it loses that coloration.
