Looking good. Your clam is looking healthy as well. They can be a bit tricky to keep and it looks like you are doing a good job.
man, i wish there was a local place I could go hook up with some sps. closest place is 3 hours away :|
Thanks.. the clam actually isnt open as much as it usually is in that pic .. (the flash made it "flinch" ) if you will... but it is doing really well.
I just wish the closest place was only 3 hours away. Edmonton is the closest and it's like 8 hours. Thanks goodness for planes and people that are willing to ship!
Good work. It looks like the clowns are healthy now, and enjoying the RBTA. If I were to offer a critique, it would be that you should try to hide the Seio more. Not easy I know. I actually have the same problem in the 18" deep cube. In my way of thinking, the vertical housing is less intrusive.
haha I know Bob.. it's not easy at all. It's in a perfect spot so my SPS get the right amount of flow... we'll see what I can do in the future .. I have been mucking about in the tank all weekend.. it's time I let things sit and grooooow... I keep moving things, etc, etc... I am bad for that.
Looking forward to your video
Very nice, hope everything got home safely. Found the green cap frag for ya.....
I usually place my Colt coral (med. size) on my Seio to help disguise it a bit.
I forgot to give a big thanks to EmilyB for a lot of those SPS frags , and the nice bright orange skirt zoos... thanks again Emily! I would love to grab that green cap frag.. but you live so far from me lol.. maybe if your in my neck of the woods , etc, etc.. we can meet up for it.
I think I'll have to get a colt coral to disguise my Seio eh Anthony? haha... Everything is "rough draft" for now in terms of coral placement.. I need to actually super glue them into place, etc... I have a LOT of rock for that 20g.. which is a good and bad thing.. it looks a little crowded don't you think? I picked up a Lawnmower Blenny last night.. and as soon as he stops playing shy I'll take some pictures of him for you all! I also am trying to find a free web hosting site so I can upload my little vide of my reef... anybody have suggestions? If not, you may be able to email it to me if it's not too large, and I can upload it to my website. |
http://www.putfile.com
Thanks for the link Christy... but this site has a max of 10mb.. and mine is somehow 30mb.. and its only around a minute and ten seconds
Bev, if this sounds like it's too big then thank you very much for the offer... I'm not sure what to do ! |
yousendit.com just browse to your video, dont bother putting in email, then hit ok.. when it is done, just cut and paste the link it generates. It will host the file for 7 days at a time.

Not too sure why you would be so interested to know.... but OK.
Went in to my LFS to buy a couple more chunks of live rock because my tank was lacking live rock... so I bought one big piece, and a few small chunks.. well, my judgement was off and the big piece ended up being too big... and the extra small pieces were just too much. Accidents happen.... |
Yo, Scott, take your video and run it through Windows Movie Maker (it should be preinstalled on your computer, look for it). This should cut your video size down to less than a MB.
yousendit.com will host up to 1 gig file....

Okay I will upload the video tonight, I'll try the website link first ... thanks for the link as well.
Scott |
Here's the link to the video... 36mb, heh
http://s10.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2...Z0H8CNP4BRYKB3 Keep in mind.. this was filmed with my digital camera ! And I probably didn't choose the best time to film a video clip.. everything isn't in it's "prime" so to say... but oh well |
If you can convert the .avi file to a .wmv file, your video will be significantly smaller.
