Frag trading thread for July 16th party
 

Hi Everyone,

I thought I would start a thread where we can post what we have for trade or sale.

After losing all of my corals when my tank crashed... I am gratefully accepting free frags of LPS and SPS :biggrin: :biggrin:

I can offer trades for candy canes (2x 4 headed frags) and green frogspawn, (2x single head frags available)

I'm looking for SPS and LPS and Xenia. By this time I'll also be looking for more fish.

Danny, count me in for one as well.

I have a couple kenya tree corals if anyone wants one.

I will have a few things available by then.

For starters I have a large 9" or so fiji rock, coraline covered, with a green cap and an orange cap that are around 3-4". - SOLD

Think we can convince Christy to bring some fancy Zoos to sell/trade? :mrgreen:

Other than GSP and brown star polyps I haven't got much available - but I'm going to be looking for a variety of things (Need some macro algaes, some more SPS, and more zoos!)

Green candy coral or green/pink frogspawn? Thats really all I have to frag right now.

Hey Danny, I don't have much to trade right now so if you're looking to sell that frogspawn just let me know how much.

I've got a galaxia encrusted onto a ~3lb rock that doesn't seem to like my tank too much, if anyone is interested...

Captain, I've kept both under 100 watts NO lighting before, growth is stunted but they will extend and still look nice. If you tank is crowded I'd recommend the candy because the frogspawn will kill anything it touches. I've got a 4 head piece of candy already fragged if you want it.

Mazi, it just so happens that I need some more LR, would that 3 pounder be worth a two headed frogspawn?

I got some kenya tree frags if anyone is interested.

I think two frogspawns and one candy is spoken for. So I have some green candy left. I also have one frag of this branching brain now for trade. My avatar is a close up of it.

Just because I'll be away from any computers for the next week I just want to clarify:
1. 2 headed frogsapwn for Mazi in trade for the galaxia rock.
2. Candy coral frag for the captian in trade for a Kenya tree frag.
3. Single branch of brain coral for Jim Barry, just because.
4. Single head of frogspawn to Richard (medican), undecided trade?

Hi All,

My tank (first one in two years) is set up, cycled and ready to add some fish.

I cycled the tank with the newest technology available. I threw in a lobster (sans swimmers, tail and claws) and let it sit for a week, took out the remains of the lobster (surprisingly very little left) and then added a couple of grams of blendered salmon every other day till the nitrite level dropped off) :mrgreen:

The tank is 350 l with a 60 l (working volume) sump. I have got lots of sand and rubble in the sump but I want to get a good critter culture going in the sump before I add corals.

Now needless to say I do not have any frags to trade, but I would be more than willing to trade beer for bags of sand/gravel from established systems

Anyone willing to help out ? :frown:

I don't know if anyone's interested in what I have to offer at this time, but just in case, here goes.
