wtb 5g tank in edmonton area
 

hey all, looking for a dirt cheap 5g tank that will hold water. doesn't need a lid or filter or lights or anything... just a tank to hold water! MUST BE CHEEEEEAAAAAPPPPP. thanks all!

What do you need it for? I have a couple 10 gal tanks here. If not I know big als sells five gallons for I think like 14 bucks brand new.

lookin to try and make some copepods... we'll see how that works out though. i got a ten, but it's just too big for my little place. just want something smalllllll

Why don't you try walmart for a rubbermaid container of some sort?

hmm.... i suppose that would work too, eh? just worried about a heater on plastic. cuz i'll need the heat around 78-80 for them. whatdya figger?

I know they sell plastic heater holders so I don't think it will get that hot to melt the plastic. Put your hand in the tank and feel the heater while it's on. They don't get very hot. I think you would be okay.

oh duh... never thought about what holds it to the glass... uhg... i think my blonde roots are showing

I more have blonde moments rather than whole days but I work with power tools all day so I kind of have to be "unblonde" so to speak :mrgreen:

i work on the rigs as a medic... it's prett bad if i have bllonde moments there... hehe oops! lol no, i'm good when i work, but total blonde when i dont! hehe

I bet you have seen some serious injuries on the rigs hey!

sadly enough, no. in a year and a half, only 1 major which was really minor (had to get stitches, woopie) and one minor (guy banged his knee and it bruised, oh my god call STARS). so i guess it's good that nothing happens (at least for the guys) for me, i just sit around eating and watching tv and sleeping. best job in the world.

lol just a few... like the whole crew. it's stupid. they think that since i am the only femal in camp, i am a gift to them or something... pretty lame, specially since i had a boyfriend.
