Damn, this is the third reefing thing I want, first the red flashlight, then the powerbars, now this.....I have to lift hubby's online lee valley restrictions....

Muck, did you see that? Those are mucking gloves...

robzilla 05-08-2005 03:49 AM

ive picked up a couple of those power bars, they work great. now going
to have to get some gloves

christyf5 05-08-2005 03:57 AM

Ok which powerbars are you guys talking about here??

Christy :)

I have a pair of the gloves, they are good for small hands. My oversize mitts are a tight fit. I just use them just for cleaning the gunk out of the pond in the spring. Otherwise they are decent for the price.

$5.50! That sure beats the 40 bucks they cost at the LSF.

What is it that we do with the red flash light again  Other then making cool dog head shadows on the wall or the typical flash light under the chin scary face at night :bad-word: .

EmilyB 05-10-2005 01:22 AM

You can watch all the night critters and they can't see you

Just picked up a pair on these gloves. I think they will be perfect for those up to the elbows in water live rock moving situations.
I also picked up a pair of matching power strip/bars. Excellent find guys.

Gujustud 05-12-2005 05:32 AM

Picked up those gloves yesterday, then just read about the powerbar today. Arrrgg, will have to make another trip down to LV.

Check and see if they have different sizes. I got a pair and they only fit me, seem to be quite small.

Whats up with that? I thought it was just a joke.

Delphinus 06-13-2005 03:54 PM

AFAIK, it's a joke. Nobody has ever challenged her avatar.

Bob I 06-20-2005 11:28 PM

I sure hope my avatar survives the current run of avatar bashing.
