kari 04-06-2005 02:46 AM

Aha, you do have a sense of humor

I'd buy that pump for a backup for when crap happens but already have somewhat of a backup plan

scotchy 04-06-2005 02:48 AM

Awwwww. Was hoping it was gonna be a table saw. So hard for us D.I.Yers to find one for sale nowadays.

Troy F 04-06-2005 03:07 AM

I might be interested in the pump Brad, I'll talk to the boss tomorrow and see what she says. I've got a plan in place but I'm not sure she's on board yet.

kari 04-06-2005 03:08 AM

How many teeth does that pump have?

Aquattro 04-06-2005 03:09 AM

Troy, I knew you'd get bit again!! We need a pool on when you get water in a box!! I say June 10/05.

Buy yourself a tank, and you could make a stand and canopy if you had a ......tablesaw.... hehehehe

Hey Brad, I know this is a fish related post but how about that table saw? Does it come with the pump and if so what kind of blade does it have?

Thanks

Sorry, due to the rules of the board, I can only sell the pump. Shoot, I didn't even realize it was on a "you know what" !!

Tman1973 04-06-2005 03:33 AM

I could swear that the pump was attached to the "you know what" I was just hoping to score a great deal. Not that I'm saying $160 for a slightly used Mak4 isn't a good deal. Bump

Aquattro 04-06-2005 03:38 AM

no, not attached. It used to be, but I couldn't fit the whole thing under my stand!!

Samw 04-06-2005 05:35 AM

This is 5 days too late!!!

Sorry about that, it was just sitting on the floor 5 days ago, it's fate undecided. Next time I won't toss it around so much!!

IslandReefer 04-06-2005 09:02 AM

you know what

Thats not a "tablesaw" its an Reef DIY Acrylic Size Monitor.
or R.D.A. for S&M for short.
PS Brad I think mine has the motor sorta inside and below...I'd cut the power cord with your set-up!

rickjames 04-06-2005 05:57 PM

Brad, the motor in my delta *insert power tool here* is broken. Do you think I could attach a 10" blade to the impeller of the mak4 with some crazy glue and use it?

:drinking:

Absotively!! These pumps are pressure rated and can certainly handle anything spinning on the impeller shaft.

EmilyB 04-07-2005 06:29 AM

Is that what a cordless drill looks like....man hubby has wanted one of those forever.....to use on my reef projects of course...

ruck'n'reefer 04-07-2005 04:21 PM

kari 04-07-2005 11:29 PM

That new Bosh router rocks  I find it a better choice then the new Porter Cable.

My router is not for sale either

No, there's apaper called the Buy & Sell that does a great job at that. Also, a couple of newsgroups, van.buysell and vic.buysell have tons of misc stuff. We need more reef talk here, is what we need. And pics of your tank. C'mon, let's see all the pretty blues!!
