Full tank shots, let's see them

Our Edmonton friends had a feature called "full tank shots, let's see them". I thought that was a great deal. However, I think we should not be outdone by the "City of champions", so let us do the same. I will open by posting a shot of my new 75.

Wow Bob!! Your new tank looks great!!

Bob I 04-03-2005 11:19 PM

Thanks Ryan. As usual it is a "work in progress", but I think I am getting there.

AJ_77 04-03-2005 11:31 PM

My tanks's too long, I'll see if I can stitch something together.

That won't work. Try using the IMG tags instead.

And shrinking the picture size...

Snappy 04-04-2005 02:58 AM

Okay I'll bite but unfortunately my tank is too long to get a decent full tank shot up close with the limited camera equipment and skills (or lack there of) that I posess. Here is a fuzzy and washed out pick from about 3 months ago however, things have changed quite a bit since then.

That was so 1984, everyone knows that Calgary is the better city now!

Snappy 04-08-2005 01:28 PM

I guess there must not be many tanks in Calgary or else everybody is

vertex 04-09-2005 01:09 PM

Is that third picture a Plate Coral  , if so, I want to get me one. I am tired of my clowns hosting with Frogspawn, and hurting themselves.

Snappy 04-09-2005 05:33 PM

Yes Bob that is plate coral. One of my favorite pieces in the tank. FYI, I saw some at Big Al's the other day, Thursday I think, although they were not very colourful but under good conditions that may change. I bought mine from Jonathon when he shut his system down.

Snappy 04-09-2005 05:38 PM

Vertex, Looks good. What is the fuzzy red stuff on the top LH side of the pic?

aussiefishy 04-10-2005 01:11 AM

since it's bob's thread....

compliments will be accepted and hassles, please keep it to yourself.

the placements of corals has been changed a little bit but more or less... the same.

I think you can be considered an honorary reefer, and historical pics sure do count

Bob I 04-10-2005 04:00 PM

Yes Jonathan, and it is interesting to see where some of your corals ended up. , you just have to look at the post directly above.

AndyL 04-10-2005 04:26 PM

The weeeeeee lil tank:

Unfortunately, the new 65g predator tank still largely looks like:

But, there is now an overflow for her, and a pump... Just need stand and money :)

Thats a long tenticle plate, I have two short tenticle plate which are no good for clowns.

Why not get another RBTA from Albert?

meltdownaverted 04-12-2005 07:58 PM

By the way, the real-sized tanks in this thread are incredible, really as nice as I've seen anywhere. Props.
