This runs all HQI (DE) bulbs, as well as mogul (SE).

How old is the ballast and what does it come with for wiring?

The ballast is a year old. It comes with everything for wiring, just need a mogul or DE socket and you're set to go.

Are you prepared to ship yet?

I'll give Dez one more day to respond to my PM, since she inquired about shipping her the ballast first. If she doesn't respond by tomorrow, it's yours.
