aquafanatics Live Rock
I was at Aquafanatics this evening and gave them a hand unloading 15 boxes of fiji live rock. Real nice stuff, tonga style shapes, light, covered in different coralines, $5-$5.50/lb.
Anyway, the best part is there is a bucket of rubble they are going let people pick from for free, some small fist size pieces. Thought some people would like to know. |
Where is Aquafanatics?

I dropped by there today at 1:30 and the place was locked up tight...
No sign on the door or anything... |
Just about every time I drop by during "posted business hours", they seem to be closed, (and I stopped by today as well, around 1 PM). I've heard of hit and miss, but this is insane. Oh well, I guess if you want something for free, you'll tolerate a lot

the ironic thing is when they are closed they almost always have a neon sign in the windows that says "open". when there is someone there and they are open they turn the sign off.

My though is, if you value your customers, you would at least extend the courtesy of leaving a note if you had to run out or close for whatever reason.

i don't think we as customers come into their business model.

Its to bad because I wuld give them my business. I'm not sure if others have noticed but prices on the lowermainland are slowly starting to rise. Prices ar JL's are slowly creaping up and same with some other stores.
